ScrapFest is excited to bring you CropFest in Cambridge!!

Mark your calendars and join us for a fun-filled weekend of cropping!! CropFest will be at the Cambridge Hotel and Conference Centre and we have lots of exciting things planned.

This is an exclusive event for 100 participants who will have the opportunity to crop from the time the doors open at 4:00pm on Friday to Saturday at Midnight. You can crop right through the night for 32 hours straight!! Since this is going to be one big "crop-over", the theme will be a Pajama Party.

On-line registration for this event will open up on Wednesday, July 18th at 8pm.

Pricing for this event is $139 + HST and this includes the following:

• your cropping time (32 hours!)
• a cupcake buffet along with other chocolate treats on Friday evening
• a delicious lunch on Saturday with continuous coffee breaks throughout the day
• a goodie bag filled with fun scrapbooking items
• free make 'n takes offered by our generous sponsors
• a layout contest sponsored by Canadian Scrapbooker Magazine (with the winner being published in an upcoming issue)
• "Show Us Your Creativity" Contest
• and a few surprises!

If you would like to stay overnight at the Cambridge Hotel and Conference Centre, we have a block of rooms (20 rooms with 2 Queens) set aside under "ScrapFest Crop 2012" for $104.00 per room/per night based on single or double occupancy. This rate includes a complete hot breakfast buffet for two! This block of rooms will be released October 3rd, 2012.

We will have two on-site stores joining us from the area, The Scrapping Bug/Learning Factory and The Art House Studio. Virginia Nebel and Karen Ellis, owner of the Art House Studio, will also be teaching some classes on Saturday. More details to come!
