VIP Marketplace Pass: $20+GST. This is a two day event pass that allows you to join in our special Friday night VIP Marketplace and then come back and shop all day on Saturday. You also receive the VIP "scrap" bag which is filled with product from our sponsors. These tickets are limited and must be purchased in advance. VIP Passes sell out quickly so be ready to register on Sun. Feb. 7th at 2pm.
ScrapFest Crop: $70+GST. The price of the crop includes: your VIP pass to the ScrapFest Marketplace (both Friday and Saturday), over 24 hours of cropping time in our crop arena, a "crop" bag filled with product from our sponsors, scheduled contests, giveaways, and more!!!
Saturday Marketplace pass:$10 This allows you to shop in the ScrapFest Marketplace only on Saturday April 17th, 2010 from 9am - 5pm. It may be purchased in advance or at the door. You do not receive any type of goodie bag with this pass.
As well, you can also purchase educational classes at an additional cost. A Marketplace pass is not included in the cost of any class and you must have a pass to enter the Marketplace.

The hours for the Marketplace are:
- Friday April 16th 2:00pm-10:00pm (VIP night/VIP night crop participants only)
- Saturday April 17th: 9:00am-5:00pm
- Friday, April 16th, 2010 10:00am-12:00am
- Saturday, April 17th, 2010 9:00am-9:00pm
The cost for the ScrapFest crop will be $70.00+GST. This cost includes a 2 day Marketplace pass. Croppers may pick up their tickets at the Registration desk on Friday, April 16th starting at 9:00am. The Marketplace opens at 2:00pm on Friday, April 16th, 2010.
The ScrapFest Crop will be setup using 6ft rectangular tables with every participant being given 3ft of space in the marketplace. The crop will be held in the adjacent rink, the Kinsmen Arena to allow for more cropping time but the same amount of shopping time!!
You are quite welcome to leave your materials/projects and your rolling totes at your seat overnight in the Cropping Arena. ScrapFest does provide security throughout the day and overnight. However, we do recommend that you take any expensive/valuable items (eg Cricut) home with you on Friday night as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Registration is done here off of the website by going to Registration which is located under the Kitchener 2010 menu. This will bring you to the catalogue where you can review all classes, crops and marketplace passes. These can easily be purchased by putting the product into your shopping cart. Registration opens on Sunday, February 7th at 2:00pm ScrapFest accepts the following forms of payment: PayPal (please setup an account for credit cards), certified cheques, and money orders.
Sorry, tickets will not be mailed prior to the event. All tickets will be available to be picked up at the registration table at the AUD beginning on Friday, April 16th. ScrapFest Croppers can pick their tickets up at 9:00am and remaining participants at 12:30pm.
Yes, these tickets are available through on-line registration and at the door. All other ScrapFest tickets have to be purchased through the on-line registration due to limited spots (ie. VIP night, classes, and crops).
Exhibitors accept cash and the majority of exhibitors also accept credit card and debit. Please check with them to see what they accept.
Inside the Marketplace there will be a food concession stand along with a rest area.
Before submitting your order please review your selections. All event tickets are non-refundable after your order has been confirmed. Changes may be made to your event selections up to March 30th, 2010. Please see the Purchase Policy in the Shopping Cart for further details.
