VIP Marketplace Pass: $20+HST. This is a two day event pass that allows you to join in our special Friday night VIP Marketplace and then come back and shop all day on Saturday. You also receive the VIP "scrap" bag which is filled with product from our sponsors. These tickets are limited and must be purchased in advance. VIP Passes sell out quickly so be ready to register on Wednesday, February 15th, 2012 at 8:00pm ET.
ScrapFest Crop: $80+HST. The price of the Crop includes: your VIP pass to the ScrapFest Marketplace (both Friday and Saturday), over 24 hours of cropping time in our crop arena, a "crop" bag filled with product from our sponsors, scheduled contests, giveaways, and more!!!
Saturday Marketplace Pass: $10+HST in advance or $12 at the door. This allows you to shop in the ScrapFest Marketplace only on Saturday April 14th, 2012 from 9am - 5pm. It may be purchased in advance or at the door. You do not receive any type of goodie bag with this pass.
As well, you can also purchase educational classes at an additional cost. A Marketplace pass is not included in the cost of any class and you must have a pass to enter the Marketplace.

The cost for the ScrapFest Crop will be $80+HST. This cost includes a 2 day Marketplace pass. Croppers may pick up their tickets at the Registration desk on Friday, April 13th starting at 9:00am. The Marketplace opens at 4:00pm on Friday, April 13th, 2012.
The ScrapFest Crop will be setup using 8ft rectangular tables with every participant being given 4ft of space. The Crop will be held in the adjacent rink, the Kinsmen Arena.
You are quite welcome to leave your materials/projects and your rolling totes at your seat overnight in the Cropping Arena. ScrapFest does provide security throughout the day and overnight. However, we do recommend that you take any expensive/valuable items (eg Cricut) home with you on Friday night as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
On-line registration for ScrapFest in Kitchener 2012 is done here off of the website and opens on Wednesday, February 15th at 8pm ET. A couple of weeks prior to this date, "Registration" will appear under the Kitchener 2012 menu on the website. This will bring you to the Registration home page where you can review descriptions for all classes, the ScrapFest Crop and Marketplace passes before the start of registration. Once registration opens, these items can be purchased by putting the product into your shopping cart.
ScrapFest accepts the following forms of payment: PayPal (please setup an account for credit cards), certified cheques /money orders for any orders that are above $100.00 and personal cheques for orders that are under $100.00 There will be an administration fee added to those cheques with non sufficient funds.
Sorry, tickets will not be mailed prior to the event. All tickets will be available to be picked up at the Registration table at the AUD beginning on Friday, April 13th. ScrapFest Croppers can pick their tickets up at 9:00am and remaining participants at 3:00pm.
Yes, these tickets are available through on-line registration and at the door. All other ScrapFest tickets have to be purchased through the on-line registration due to limited spots (ie. VIP night, classes, and the ScrapFest Crop).
If an item is SOLD OUT, a "Waiting List" button will appear and you will be able to put yourself on the waiting list. Please note: ScrapFest is not able to guarantee the availability of this product, and you will only be notified if a spot becomes available.
If there is a "SOLD OUT" button on a product, this indicates that the waiting list for this product is full and we are not able to accept any more names.
Exhibitors accept cash and the majority of exhibitors also accept credit card and debit. Please check with them to see what they accept.
Yes, the Kitchener Auditorium is a wheelchair accessible facility. There are elevators located in the building to take you down to the ScrapFest Marketplace or to classes located on the upper floor.
Please note: Booths located around the perimeter of the Marketplace are situated on a 3 inch riser which must be in place for safety reasons. Please call (905) 895-1821 if you require more information.
Children 10 and under receive free admittance to ScrapFest's Marketplace ONLY on Saturday April 14th, 2012. Due to the limited number of VIP tickets, children that wish to attend ScrapFest's VIP evening must pay full price.
Parking is FREE!
The AUD provides a food concession stand which is located inside the Marketplace, in addition to a sitting area.
