VIP Marketplace Pass: $20+HST. This is a two day event pass that allows you to join in our special Friday night VIP Marketplace and then come back and shop all day on Saturday. You also receive the VIP "scrap" bag which is filled with product from our sponsors. These tickets are limited and must be purchased in advance. VIP Passes sell out quickly so be ready to register on Wednesday, September 1st at 8pm.
ScrapFest Crop: $60+HST. The price of the crop includes: your VIP pass ($20 value) to the ScrapFest Marketplace (both Friday and Saturday), hours of cropping time, a "crop" bag filled with product from our sponsors, scheduled contests, giveaways, and more!!!
Saturday Marketplace pass: $10+HST (in advance) or $12 at the door. This allows you to shop in the ScrapFest Marketplace only on Saturday October 16th, 2010 from 9am - 5pm. It may be purchased in advance or at the door. You do not receive any type of goodie bag with this pass.
As well, you can also purchase educational classes at an additional cost. A Marketplace pass is not included in the cost of any class and you must have a pass to enter the Marketplace.

The cost for the ScrapFest crop will be $60.00+HST. This cost includes a 2 day Marketplace pass. Croppers may pick up their tickets at the Registration desk located at Durham College's Campus Recreation and Wellness Centre on Friday, October 15th starting at 3:45pm. The Marketplace and the ScrapFest Crop opens at 5:00pm on Friday, October 15th, 2010. Please note: parking is FREE after 3:30pm on Friday and FREE all day on Saturday. If you arrive before 3:30 pm on Friday you will be charged $4.
The ScrapFest Crop will be setup using 6ft rectangular tables with every participant being given 3ft of space. The crop will be held the Marketplace, however this area will be draped off to allow for more cropping time but the same amount of shopping time!
You are quite welcome to leave your materials/projects and your rolling totes at your seat overnight in the Cropping Area. ScrapFest does provide security throughout the day and overnight. However, we do recommend that you take any expensive/valuable items (eg Cricut) home with you on Friday night as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Registration is done here off of the website by going to Registration which is located under the Oshawa 2010 menu. This will bring you to the catalogue where you can review all classes, crops and Marketplace passes. These can easily be purchased by putting the product into your shopping cart. Registration opens on Wednesday, September 1st at 8pm ET.
ScrapFest accepts the following forms of payment: PayPal (please setup an account for credit cards), certified cheques /money orders for any orders that are above $100.00 and personal cheques for orders that are under $100.00 There will be an administration fee added to those cheques with non sufficient funds.

Yes, these tickets are available through on-line registration and at the door. All other ScrapFest tickets have to be purchased through the on-line registration due to limited spots (ie. VIP night, classes, and crops).
Exhibitors accept cash and the majority of exhibitors also accept credit card and debit. Please check with them to see what they accept. There is an ATM machine located outside of the entrance to the Marketplace.
Yes, Durham College is a wheel chair accessible facility. There are elevators located in the building to take you to classes located on the upper floor.
Children 10 and under receive free admittance to ScrapFest's Marketplace ONLY on Saturday October 16th, 2010. Due to the limited number of VIP tickets, children that wish to attend ScrapFest's VIP evening must pay full price.
Parking is FREE after 3:30 on Friday, October 15th and FREE all day on Saturday, October 16th. Between noon and 3:30pm on Friday, October 15th parking costs a flat rate of $4.00.
There will be a food concession stand located in the hallway outside the ScrapFest Marketplace. It's hours of operation will be as follows: Friday from 4pm-9pm and Saturday 9am-3pm.
The Fresh Food Company (cafeteria) is open to anyone on campus. It is located in the South Village Dining Hall. It will be open as follows: Friday: 7am-7pm, Saturday 11am-7pm.
There is a Subway and Taco Time located across from the campus.
