Your tickets will be available for pickup at the Registration Desk at the Durham College Campus Recreation and Wellness Centre beginning on Friday October 15th, 2010 at 3:45pm. ScrapFest will not be mailing out any passes. Please Note: Parking is FREE after 3:30pm on Friday and FREE all day on Saturday. If you arrive before 3:30 pm on Friday you will be charged $4. As of July 1st, 2010, HST must be charged on all ScrapFest tickets (Marketplace, Crop, Classes). General Information The Friday VIP Marketplace Pass is a 2 day event pass. It is not necessary to purchase a Saturday Marketplace pass. The cost of the ScrapFest Crop includes a VIP Marketplace Pass (Friday and Saturday Marketplace passes). It is not necessary to buy the Friday VIP Marketplace pass. Saturday Marketplace passes are available to be purchased in advance (10$) or at the door ($12). Cash only (at the door) please! If you purchase a class/workshop, this DOES NOT include admittance to the Marketplace. Please Note: Out of consideration for other scrapbookers, we request no children under the age of 13 in any classes and/or crops. Only umbrella strollers allowed in the Marketplace please. Thank you, Lisa and the ScrapFest Team Payment Methods PayPal When you checkout your shopping cart, you will be sent to the Paypal Payment System with your total. This is a completely secure system. You will not need to set-up a separate account with Paypal to complete your transaction. Cheque or Money Order You may also pay by sending a certified cheque or money order through the mail for any orders that are above $100.00. We will accept personal cheques for orders that are under $100.00. There will be an administration fee ($45.00) added to those cheques with non sufficient funds. We will email you an invoice with all the information on it. Please send a cheque to the address stated on the invoice. Your spots will not be secured until payment has been received and authorized. Cheques must be received within 30 days of your purchase date or your order may be cancelled. Please write your order number on the front of your cheque to help with processing your order.
