CropFest in Cambridge Registration 2026

It's going to be a fun-filled creative weekend of cropping starting Friday, November 6th at 2pm and closing Sunday, November 8th at 7pm!

On-line registration opens Wednesday, August 19th at 8pm.

Pricing for this event is $280.00+ HST and this includes the following:

• your cropping time (53hrs)!
• 4 feet of cropping space for each participant
• "Welcome" cupcakes on Friday as well as coffee and tea on both Friday and Saturday evening
• a morning coffee break followed by a delicious lunch on Saturday
• an afternoon coffee break on Sunday
• a goodie bag filled with exciting paper crafting items
• free make 'n take offered by our on-site store, Stamplicity
• "Show Us Your Creativity"
• contests, games and prizes

It’s a creative showdown of good vs. evil — who are you going to come as?Suit up as your favorite hero or embrace your inner villain at our Heroes & Villains Crop. Everyone loves a hero. That is certainly true but sometimes playing the bad gal is fun too! We will provide the venue, games, prizes, music and more! So join us at CropFest in Cambridge! Capes and masks not required but strongly recommended!

On-site Store

We know how disappointing it is to arrive at a crop and realize you forgot something at home. Stamplicity will be our on-site store this year. They will be set up very close to the crop area so you won't have to go far!

Accommodations

If you would like to stay overnight at the Cambridge Hotel and Conference Centre, we have a block of rooms with 2 queens set aside under "CropFest 2026".  The rate is $132.00 + applicable taxes per room/per night based on single or double occupancy. This includes a complete hot breakfast buffet for up to two adults! Each additional person is $15 per room. If you require a single room please inquire when making your reservation. This block of rooms will be held until October 5, 2026.
