CropFest in Grand Bend Fall 2026 Registration

Mark your calendars and join us at CropFest in Grand Bend this Fall! It's going to be a fun-filled creative weekend of cropping starting Friday, October 2nd at 2pm and closing Sunday, October 4th at 7pm!

This is an exclusive crop for 72 participants who will have the opportunity to shop, crop, learn, create, and connect with other crafty friends all weekend long at the beautiful Oakwood Resort. This venue is only steps away from the beach and Lake Huron sunsets are one of the best.

Get your leather jacket, poodle skirt, and your best hand-jive ready for a night straight out of Rydell High at our "Grease Inspired CropFest". We’re shaking up the drive-in vibes with a 50s rock ‘n’ roll playlist all weekend long. Get your costumes ready! Are you going to be a T-Bird or a Pink Lady? We can't wait to see everyone dancing to "Greased Lighting" and "You're the One that I Want" during our Show Us Your Creativity Contest. So much to look forward too!

Pricing for this event is $250.00+ HST and this includes the following:

• 4 ft of cropping space for each participant
• your cropping time (53hrs)!
• a full breakfast buffet on Saturday and Sunday
• a delicious Saturday lunch
• coffee and tea breaks
• a goodie bag filled with paper crafting items
• free make 'n take offered by our on-site store, Stamplicity
• "Show Us Your Creativity"
• contests, games and prizes!

On-site Store

We know how disappointing it is to arrive at a crop and realize you forgot something at home. Stamplicity will be our on-site store for CropFest in Grand Bend. They will be just steps away from the Terrace Room.

Accommodations

If you would like to stay overnight at the Oakwood Resort, we have a block of rooms (set aside under "CropFest") for $129.00 per room/per night. Please call to reserve your room and receive the CropFest rate. Please do not book your accommodations online as you will not be able to get this rate.This block will be released September 2nd, 2026.
